Supplements stack. This is all my supplements collected from when I first started to go hard at the gym. This is about 6 months in.

7 Months Bulk..

The picture shows me about 7 Months into my bulk after first starting. Making some good gains. Training hard 6 days a week.

3 month Transformation..


3 Months after taking on the lifestyle of being a Sick cunt. Training 5 days a week for 1-1.5 hours a day. At this time I was on a hard cutting diet, cutting back my carbs to the bare minimum.
So I have started the blog. I thought that in my first blog entry I would address everything in which I hope to achieve from the blog. The blog will be used to tell my story of a journey from living my normal day to day life, to living life to the full and living each day like it was my last. Inspired by Zyzz I have adjusted my lifestyle to live life for what it is worth. I'm keeping on the zyzz legacy like most of you others out there and would like to take you all on the ride with me.
